5 A) A major staffing issue is being addressed by MHMC;

7 B) Holiday cover/sick leave as a single person in post has made
8 getting a full week with weekends at either end has been
9 difficult, and I found this caused some resentment.

14 ACTION: MHMC to consider doing some contingency planning for
15 extended sickleave: possibly involving former Wardens or existing
16 senior staff. Possibly (already) in the Risk Assessment?
