20 Agreement. Some niggles to still be sorted including Emergency
21 Lighting and weight bearing capacity of the Meeting Room, cleaning
22 costs. HK will be visiting on Monday 22 April to attempt to reach
23 final agreement on a draft to send to Trustees.
