| 35 Agreement. Some niggles to still be sorted including Emergency Lighting | |
| 36 and weight bearing capacity of the Meeting Room, cleaning costs. HK will | |
| 37 be visiting on Monday 22 April to attempt to reach final agreement on a | |
| 38 draft to send to Trustees.</p> | |
| 39 <p>CVenues will be in from 14 July – ??</p> | |
| 40 <p>See option 2 in the attached plan for the planned Meeting Room | |
| 41 layout. Scrim across the room just E. of the main door on Sundays.</p> | |
| 42 <p>We have the Meeting Room, Kitchen and access from 0900–1400.</p> | |
| 43 <p>Wednesday Meeting will be in Johnstone Terrace Wildlife Garden / the | |
| 44 Palm House. Childrens’ Meeting have been offered one day there if they | |

| 50 <p>2.2 Hideout Cafe</p> | |
| 51 <p>Hideout Cafe have not replied to our most recent proposal. We are | |
| 52 going forward on the assumption that they are no longer interested. | |
| 53 Their main interest was always in the full refit/more room/plumbing etc. | |
| 54 version.</p> | |
| 55 <p>We have considered the possibility of looking for someone else to do | |
| 56 just-a-pop-up, but decided enough work is pending, and we may get the | |
| 57 information we wanted from a trial run if CVenues try something.</p> | |
| 58 <p>Hartley Kemp has been informed. We won’t prejudge the possibility of | |
| 59 him doing something along similar lines until we’ve talked with him on | |
| 60 Monday.</p> | |
| 61 <p>2.3 Lighting See attachment 1</p> | |
| 62 <p>Majk Stokes managed gathering quotes. MG and MS judged the Gunn and | |
| 63 Alexanders quote to be appropriate considered. Additional complexity | |
| 64 with Mark Kisby’s involvement to manage the physical interaction of | |
| 65 their hanging and the lighting. There is also the question of the | |
| 66 quality of microphone system and whether we should do something about | |
| 67 this.</p> | |
| 68 <p>MG will call Mark K to come and explore the lighting/microphone | |
| 69 interaction and suggest and quote for a solution, possibly on 22 April | |
| 70 if he can make.</p> | |
| 71 <p>We should consider also inviting Mark Kisby to attend at some event | |
| 72 where we suspect the problems would manifest and observe.</p> | |
| 73 <p>We agree to ask Trustee’s approval for asking Keith Gunn to go ahead | |
