Use Dynarr_increment instead of Dynarr_add when building a line in place.

* redisplay.c (generate_displayable_area): If a line has been
generated in place in the dynarray, use Dynarr_increment instead
of Dynarr_add.
* redisplay.c (regenerate_window): Ditto.
