Enable dialog boxes. Apply workaround recommended by Kirill.
fix (fboundp 'lpr-buffer) -> (fboundp 'lpr-region).
Take out interactive dependence of kill-whole-line.
* etc\check_cygwin_setup.sh (distdir): Update for current
Cygwin reality.
* etc\NEWS: Remove kill-whole-line changes.
