Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Avoid signalling args-out-of-range errors, #'truncate-string-to-width lisp/ChangeLog addition: Avoid args-out-of-range errors, this function is regularly called from menu code and with debug-on-signal non-nil, this can be very irritating. Don't bind ellipsis-len, we don't use it.

This directory contains Unicode translation tables for most of the
charsets in XEmacs.

The tables in unicode-consortium/ come from:

http://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/

The tables in ibm/ come from:

http://oss.software.ibm.com/icu/charset/

The tables in unicode-consortium/ should be used as source data; the ones
in ibm/ can be used to supplement or check the accuracy of the others.
