Imitate GNU Emacs API for `batch-byte-recompile-directory'.

* bytecomp.el (batch-byte-recompile-directory): Accept an optional
argument that's passed on to `byte-recompile-directory' as the
prefix argument, thus imitating GNU Emacs's API.
