Fix progress bar crashes.

* lwlib/xt-wrappers.h (HAVE_ATHENA_I18N):
Define XAW_INTERNATIONALIZATION when needed.
* configure.ac (Athena widgets):
Test for international resource in SimpleWidgetClass in libXaw3d.
