In emodules_load(), dereference f = dll_variable() once more. We then use EXTERNAL_TO_ITEXT on it, which returns an alloca'd string, so I delete the unneeded alloca copy statements. Fixes error reported by Anders Odberg, confirmed in <rfawrpfhm3l.fsf@fangorn.uio.no>.

Each file is named after the XEmacs charset it represents.  The CNS files
contain more codepoints than those in unicode-consortium/ because they list
codepoints above 0xFFFF, those handled by surrogates (supported starting in
Windows 2000, I think, but not yet by XEmacs).
