Additions for USE_KKCC:
* tooltalk.c: Add dumpable-flag to tooltalk_message and
tooltalk_pattern.
* ui-gtk.c: Add dumpable-flag to emacs_ffi and emacs_gtk_object.
Add description for emacs_gtk_boxed.
