* xemacs.mak (HAVE_ZLIB): New, defaults to HAVE_PNG.
(USE_MINITAR): Default to HAVE_ZLIB.
(MSW_LIBS): Add comctl32.lib if HAVE_WIDGETS.
(mostlyclean, nicenclean, distclean, versionclean): Only one target
per invocation of $(DEL); don't use unneeded switches (WinME support).
(TEMACS_CPP_FLAGS): Add EMACS_PATCH_LEVEL.
