Do not build or ship the texinfo info files.
They are available from the texinfo distribution, and break the build for
some versions of makeinfo. See xemacs-patches message with ID
<CAHCOHQ=EERhpe14cMzWjp286TzNHuw8ez-L-uy6kjoRPZE3b3A@mail.gmail.com>.
