Fix a multiple-value bug, mapcarX; correct a comment and a label name.

* fns.c (mapcarX):
Correct this function, discarding multiple values when one
SEQUENCE is supplied, choosing a better label name. Correct the
comment describing the SOME_OR_EVERY argument.
