Added optional argument ID-FORMAT to file-attributes for GNU compatibility.

* sysdep.c (qxe_getgrgid): Encapsulation of getgrgid.
* syspwd.h: Ditto.
* dired.c (Ffile_attributes): Added optional ID-FORMAT for
compatibility with GNU.
