* dumper.c (pdump_load): Pdump'ed XEmacs can't find its .dmp file.
Scenario: Prepend ~/bin to PATH; then `mkdir ~/bin/xemacs'
Result: "temacs can only be run in -batch mode."
Fix: Check xemacs executable candidate for directory-ness.
