Add explicit GPL v2 or later notices to Bill Perry's code, where such notices
are missing. This is done with Bill Perry's stated permission, in private

1 This directory contains the Tex sources of the XEmacs manuals,

2 plus the macro package (texinfo.tex) necessary for processing them.

4 To make a foo.dvi file from a foo.texi file:

8 2) Install TeX and the texinfo package
