Implement color pixmap cursors
glyphs.c, glyphs-eimage.c, glyphs-x.c, glyphs-gtk.c, glyphs-msw.c, console-impl.h: Allow all kinds of color images (GIF, JPEG, ...) to be mouse pointers.
new -> new_, 'foo -> `foo'.
