* inline.c: Include device-impl.h, extents-impl.h, and
frame-impl.h to pick up some error_check_* functions. Remove
console.h, extents.h, and frame.h because the *-impl.h files
include them.

3 this is an old workspace, very close to being done, containing

13 that never used to.
