Ongoing back-and-forth with Hartley Kemp (HK) of CV getting details of the building to him, in preparation for the full formal License Agreement. Some niggles to still be sorted including Emergency Lighting and weight bearing capacity of the Meeting Room, cleaning costs. HK will be visiting on Monday 22 April to attempt to reach final agreement on a draft to send to Trustees.
