          5K (w. VAT), only part of building, folowing up
  Since pressure for this came from energy issue, need energy numbers

Cafe: Gabriella says no structural changes, they will install electric
at their cost.  Share cost of new (removable) lino flooring (1500 / 2).
Their signage?  Thru LM to AM?  Our branding going slowly.  
Storage?  Back Creche?
Rent?  MG to make a proposal to HST, has to go to AM, via LM, as part of a
package.

Anything else with costs in the offing, ref. VTAG?
