Office will ask him in for a chat in due course.</p></div><div id="c-arts"><h2>4. <a name="c-arts"> C Arts</a></h2><p>Setup and ongoing management suffered from being short-staffed, as well as the complexity arising from there being two types of staff: Paid and volunteer.
