MG to look at task handover
  1) COmplete the task list to include what MEK didn't know about
  2) Work with MEK to figure out who is best placed to do what, and
  3) then based on hours vs task list make a stab at who _actually
     does what
  4) Start training!

HST to at least open the possibility of a further MH Assistant from [15
