Before 1 March, agree date for BizDev meeting

Do we have a PEEP for Dan? No -- we should have one, and backup plans
for Ellie (Asthma) and Jim C (anaphylaxis) 

C Arts would want to run shows until midnight.  Noise issue.  Cafe
until late?  City might have opinions about either or both of these.

Historically Venue 40 shows finished at 2200.

Miranda is overloaded, still, for a non-couple actual 50 hours a week
job.

In the short time, M will move to a rota for the non-casual staff for
cover for gaps.

Miranda needs to take TOIL near the day when she does cover, and in
general shifting hours around is only a bandaid.

  1) Need to brainstorm some time about a permanent solution;
  2) In the meantime, look at Charteris Society (?) as a source of
     paid-by-the-hour hospitality staff.

Miranda will try work-from-home on Mondays to focus on BizDev/staff delegation

Is Miranda not taking as much initiative as she could?
