78 <p>Secondly, the report mentions that the loss of letting income from a
79 number of large institutions over the last few years accounts for a significant
80 percentage of the overall lettings decline. There have been around half-a-dozen such
81 losses, each accounting for in the region of one to two thousand pounds per annum.</p></div>
