| 165 | 13 <p>You may have been coming to Quaker meeting for a couple of weeks or a |
| 14 couple of years. Sometimes it's difficult to find time after meeting to | |
| 15 have the further discussions about Quakerism you would like: this day is a chance to | |
| 16 have deeper discussions and ask questions. You might be looking for a | |
| 17 chance to discuss what happens for you in meeting for Worship and | |
| 18 whether it's the same as for other people, or you might want to chat | |
| 19 about putting faith into action. You might be interested in how your | |
| 20 experience of Quakerism so far fits in with Quakerism across the | |
| 21 country or across the world or how over 400 years of Quaker history | |
| 22 has got us to where British Quakers are today. You may be interested | |
| 23 to find out more about how Quakers organise and make decisions. We aim to | |
| 24 answer your questions and to create a safe space to have these | |
| 25 discussions. We hope that by the end of the event you will feel more | |
| 26 confident calling yourself a Quaker, or at least have a broader | |
| 27 understanding of the breadth of beliefs and practices within Quakers | |
| 28 today.</p> | |
| 29 <p>All of the above is happening on Saturday in Stirling. If you live near | |
| 30 enough, or can manage to stay somewhere nearby, please also consider joining us | |
| 31 for Meeting for Worship at Dunblane Meeting on Sunday morning, followed by an | |
| 32 opportunity to discuss our experiences over a simple lunch courtesy of Dunblane | |
| 33 Friends.</p> | |
